Good customer –
Soildly built but too high
I bought this a few weeks ago. The stools are solidly made and really good quality. However, I had to return (get them collected) because they were way too high for my kitchen island which I think is of typical standard height. I really struggled to get my legs under the island. I will suggest that manufacturer lower the height of the stool and ensure that the back rest is also more upright for comfort and support. Unfortunately I cannot recommend at this time but ”will gladly buy if height is right and back rest support is upright and not leaning back.

Too High !!
Don’t get me wrong, seem to be well built although can be a little unsteady if floor not perfectly flat. They are just too high!!! They need to be 3 or 4cm less in height. This is a common issue for other customers. I had a new kitchen installed and thought these would be perfect but they take up a lot of floor space, are difficult to move and you struggle to get comfortable as you are sitting too high over the work surface, and I’m 1.71m in height. So returned to my local thinkassemble.co.uk, no issues with that process.
Bought replacements from John Lewis, perfect!!!

Great looking stools
Great looking and quality seems good as well. Been using for 3 weeks so no problems as of now.
I love these more if
1. Height of stool can be less 5-10 cm.
2. Cleaning instructions or some kind of cleaning product provided.
3. Seems like frame is not scratch resistance.
Otherwise, reliable, feel good, non slippery on wooden floor and definitely doesn’t feel cheap.

Very well made, sturdy and very comfortable. Leather quite dry and I’m guessing easily stained though. Need quite a significant bar top overhang for these to fit neatly under the counter top.

We were slightly disappointed with how the chair went together only 3 screws actually fit. The holes were all out of line . So one chair is fine and one is slightly crooked! Hadn’t realised at first but it was to much hassle to send them back !

Bar Stools
I bought 4 of these bar stools. Although they’re quite pricey compared to what you see in the outlets on the retail parks, the quality of this product is outstanding. I bought these to use in a home bar and I’m delighted with them.

The barstools are really good quality and look great but are slightly high plus one of the plastic feet was missing so had to use one of the two spares that came with the product.The wife is very happy with them though.
