Stretches over a 1.25” buckle
Seems secure, fits over buckle. The silicone stretched enough to get past the 1.25 inch buckle on my dogs 1” collar. It seems tight once on and shouldn’t be under any particular stress from movement or abrasion in the collar, at least at those two loops. The silicone envelope it goes in backs on the collar material and is quite thin, so we will see how that holds up. I think it should be water tight as long as that is not compromised. I think it’s a pretty good solution and also a reasonable price.
