Great price, fantastic quality, great delivery!
We have the 3 seater and arm chair all ready in this design. So we have been waiting for the two seater to go on offer. It is the most comfortable, good quality leather sofa we have ever purchased. You really wont be disappointed. You don’t need a huge amount of space for it either. Lovely grey in colour. The delivery guys were top notch. They brought the sofa in put it together for us and took and disposed of cardboard and covering. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I even had a choice of delivery day and they sent me a time slot so if i needed to pop out i could! 10/10 for us 👍

Not a happy at the moment.
A little disappointed in these. I am already having to have the chair cushions repaired. Once two seater sofa is two shades and the other two seat sofa does not match either. I am awaiting to have them repaired as I have only had them a few weeks. To have paid nearly £2,000 is obviously disappointing to be experiencing faults at this early stage in the purchase. Not normal for us with a thinkassemble.co.uk purchase. We have been a member with them since Gateshead Warehouse opened and visit and buy from them regularly. Hopefully this will be rectified.

Grey is the new white
The recliner sofa was comfortable , backrest was high enough for hubby so no complaints on that front, the only downside was when you have the seat fully reclined, be mindful that there was a gap and any small item ie mobile phone could fall through and may not be retrievable and also if you are a shorty like I am, it’s not a comfortable position to be in..
And One more for all shorty human out there, this sofa is quite high compared to a normal sofa for sale in other furniture shops, but this is perfect for tall people… to put it in perspective, when a shorty person sitting down, your feet won’t touch the floor…🤣😜😉
But all in all it’s a nice piece of furniture

Exceptional quality and sturdy recliners
Amazed with the quality and features of the sofa. We bought this to replace manual recliners and are more than pleased at just how much more sturdy the electric recliner frame is compared with our old ones.
The head rests are independently controlled to allow for comfortable viewing of TV etc while the seat are in the reclined position. The single button to reset back to normal seating position is super handy too – as this brings both the seat and headrest back without the need to press two buttons at same time.
The delivery guys were exceptional and wouldn’t leave until the seats were fully in position, all functions tested and until all related packaging was removed from the house. Awesome!
I would also say that the value is almost unbeatable when comparing with the larger sofa chains – added to the fact that we received the delivery within 2 weeks of ordering (our previous settee from a large 3 lettered sofa brand took nearly 6 months to arrive!)

Fantastic chair
Bought two of these chairs after hunting all round various shops and have to say the features and quality are first class. To be quite honest the price is astounding about one third of the price for the same features elsewhere. The chairs are easy to operate, really comfy and give great support. I would have no hesitation in recommending these to anyone. The only down side was the delivery, it was not two man to make up, take away boxes they were delivered and we had to do the lot but for these chairs it was definitely worth it.

Fletcher Light Grey Power Recliner
Looks good with medium quality leather. There were problems with fitting it properly and an engineer had to be called. Even after this, part of the chair still does not fit properly. In addition, lumbar support needs to be improved immediately. I have to use a cushion to ensure that my back is comfortable. This partly defeats the purpose of having a recliner.
Power functions are pretty useful
thinkassemble.co.uk needs to ensure that proper assembly instructions are included. Proper instructions seem to be an ongoing issue as I encountered a similar problem with a table tennis table purchased recently.

Good Quality
Bought two of these recliners and this review is for those of us that are bigger than average built. I’m 22st and carry most of it around my middle. These chairs are nice and wide so I fit quite comfortably into them. The mechanism works well and tolerates my weight with ease. Overall comfort is good, I can get in/out of the chair well as it is a good height. Buttons can be a bit of a fiddle if your not used to having an adjustable headrest. That extra button sometimes means you press back rather than forward 🙂

Beige grey
Good quality leather and price but this is not grey, more a beige-grey which when put in a predominantly grey room might have picked up more grey than beige…..I was wrong, it actually highlighted the beigeness of it so back it went. I’d also comment on the huge gap that appears between the seat and back when it is in recline, nothing like the compactness of the illustrated picture and it made it look cheap. Quite disappointed on the whole but as others may not be as pernickety, gave it 3 stars.

Gorgeous, Comfortable and Classy Leather Armchair
Very comfortable reclining Leather Armchair.
It’s a lovely ‘Taupe’ colour despite its description as Light Grey which would have been nice too.
I also love the fast charging USB ports which are integrated.
The chair is a bit softer than the Sofa. I actually wanted a firmer sit though as i struggle a bit now getting up
and down.
All in all though, i’m delighted with my new Sofa and Chair.
The delivery Team were absolutely fantastic. They delivered my Sofa and Chair upstairs to my Flat with No Fuss or Drama. They were lovely chaps who were efficient and very helpful when i needed a chair moving. Very impressed with them and thinkassemble.co.uk.

It’s very comfortable & looks good. We brought it blind because our local thinkassemble.co.uk hadn’t got it on show in store we were holding our breaths up to delivery but we are delighted with it & need’nt have worried it’s exactly as described on the website delivery guys were brilliant & very efficient doing assembly so all good we had two 3seater sofa’s in blue leather & they are lovely! Poor Handling of chair and thin metal frame
Comfortable chair, the leather material looks and feels good , but the base frame bar was bent on arrival due to poor handling and thin frame material. Contacted Customer Service and they organised for Someone to come and straighten the bar. Overall there has not been enough time to evaluate the chair functionality but looks good

We love it!
We love this sofa! It’s very comfortable and smart looking. The power recline is very smooth. The only slight downside is that my feet don’t reach the floor when sitting up on it non-reclined (I’m 5’5″), but I don’t normally sit without putting the foot rest up anyway.

Fletcher Dark Grey furniture
Furniture is very good and comfortable.
The delivery people left us with all the boxes the furniture came in! They said we should keep them in case we need to return the furniture! So we had to pay to get someone to take them to the tip!

Poor after sales service
Ordered 2 large fletcher leather settees on 14 th March 2025 waited 3weeks for delivery was told 5 working days when the settees came one of them was faulted rang thinkassemble.co.uk they said they would replace it replaced it the next week it didn’t even get out of the van the box was all split and and it wasn’t even sealed the settee was coated in a grey dust driver took it straight back rang thinkassemble.co.uk and they said very sorry will get another settee out as soon as possible still waiting and it is now April 13 th

Beautiful comfortable Leather Sofa .
Lovely comfortable sofa . I bought this sofa to match the chair that I had already purchased . The leather is good quality , the seating is higher than my previous one that makes it better to sit and get up easily . It’s really comfortable to relax in too when you have pressed the recliner button . The colour dark grey fits perfectly into my colour scheme too.
