Definitely a step up from the old shredder!
Fast and effective – so nice to have a shredder I don’t have to empty every 5 minutes! Having said that, it probably does best with less than about 8-10 sheets and will overheat and cut out for a while if you are doing loads.

It shreds very well and into tiny pieces but it cuts out every 10 minutes and then you have to wait nearly an hour to start shredding again. Quite frustrating when you have lots to shred! Also the tiny bits of paper go everywhere!
