When I first opened the EXCELLENT ELITE SPANKER Tactical Molle Radio Pouch my initial thought was, this is very complicated to use, but actually it is not. In fact it is very adaptable and flexible in how it can be used. It is well made and more importantly securely stitched together. You can attach it in many ways to both your gear or your belt and by adjusting the front velcro section you can vary the size capability so that any length radio should be able to fit and then kept in place by the thick elastic drawstring cable. So although it does seem a little complicated to use, that is because it ensures the radio fits and is kept secure. This also makes it very adaptable, I have already used mine to carry a torch on my belt when I did not need a radio. I have an EXCELLENT ELITE SPANKER carry pouch as well, and think that this is a quality brand.

This is the second bit of MOLLE kit I have from Elite Spanker and I am very impressed with both. Very strong material, quality stitching, and versatile.This is perfect for my walkie-talkie and fits securely on my belt.Like most bits of quality kit that are made of thick, strong material it is a bit stiff at first, but will break in well I’m sure.Excellent, can’t fault it.

As it’s got hook and loop it’ll also easily fit any MOLLE system, be that a chest plate or rucksack.Which makes this perfect for a wide variety of kit, from radios, phones, torches and magazines.

This is a very handy little belt bag. It’s made of tough material and should last a while.I can confirm that it does take a Baofeng amateur radio set comfortably, as it states in the listing.But, I also use it for carrying a number of other things in addition.When I’m out and about I will carry my small radio with me, so I’m not using data from my mobile phone allowance.It easily holds my radio and I can listen through the headphones when I’m walking.I also use it to carry my spare mobile phone when I’m out with my metal detector. It’s a sensible precaution to have a small phone when you are a long way from anybody else, and this does the job fine.Why my spare mobile phone and not my shiny iPhone 13?Well, metal detecting involves a lot of mucky soil, and even sometimes muddy soil, so I use a phone that is no longer worth a lot so I don’t mind if it heats knocked about a bit.That said, this little pouch keeps things clean and safe from most of the muck!

Very high quality radio pouch.Made of high quality webbing with sturdy robust fixtures, think this is the real deal compared to other cheaper radio pouches I have tried. It will withstand some serious abuse.My radio fitted snugly into the pouch and felt secure even when on the move. No issues.I tried attaching to various kit, even worked well when secured to just a belt.Would recommend!

This Molle system compatible radio pouch, at £22.78 at the time of review, comes in at the upper price end of the various offerings available on thinkassemble.co.uk, comparable with the Mil Tec design. Whether the upwards of £10 price difference with the budget offerings is justified is hard to say without getting hands on some of those cheaper models, but I can say that it is very well made and I don’t think it will shift off your webbing or lose your radio for you.That said, it’s quite snug, and I’d also prefer one which gave direct access to the radio side buttons (if you’re using your radio/pouch combo high up on the front of your kit rather than removing the radio to talk) instead of having them hidden behind elasticated fabric. There’s enough give in that to operate these, true, but there are designs out there which are just as secure but with side cutouts.Still, those are personal preferences; in terms of quality, this is pretty good.
