Great Home Workout
I bought this to replace a rather too large freestanding heavy bag set up in my garage. Now of course this is not a “heavy bag” as such so let’s manage expectations – if you really want a heavy bag then look elsewhere. However, for a great home workout this is just the job. The build quality seems decent, the base was easy to fill (with sand or water – I used sand) and makes the kit pretty heavy. Thinking critically, it is a bit low (like fighting a 5′ 6″ oponent), and still rocks on it’s base if you step up the power – don’t even think about kicking it or it could topple over. If you are planning to train more for speed than power though, you won’t be disappointed.

Easy self Assembly – It works for me.
The item came in one box, it is a self assembly item, but easy enough to put together. I liked the fact that the sand and water (I mixed both for weight) was very easy to put in due to the big hole at the top, before assembling, unlike other models I have seen. I am no boxing expert, just for fitness and after an argument with the wife! Lol.

Everlast Boxing bag
Fair price but flimsy compared to our previous similar Everlast bag. One of the plastic bolts holding the bag snapped off within few weeks. Despite the advert showing a fit adult using, it not sure the quality is built for this. Wouldn’t recommend

Bought this for my son for his birthday, was delivered within two working days! It’s great value and comes with gloves and hand wraps and a skipping rope too! I couldn’t beat the price elsewhere.

Does what it should
Great for both punching and basic kickboxing. Filled with sand and is a great addition to my home gym. Easy to put together – difficult to move once filled so make sure you put it where you want it.

Excellent item easy assembly adjustable height, the only thing you will need is a counterbalance in the base sand or water will do the trick.
