Great product
Great product, works straight out of the box but much better if you take some time to map your home and set up the zones and functions including auto empty intervals. We have pets so it needs to empty itself more often or it gets too full and won’t empty fully. Vacuums well and we also use the mop function on a tiled floor and you get a much better finish by adding the Eufy floor cleaner solution into the water tank.

Great at cleaning and a brilliant time saver
It’s really good at cleaning the house and a real time saver, it does struggle on some of my rugs when it goes from a hard floor to a rug, but the app means I can block out certain areas for the vacuum. You can set it on a schedule or simply press the on button and it will clean the house. It has saved a lot of time.

Highly reccomend, just download app and off it goes, it self maps so nothing to do, first time it takes about 45 mins to map whole hoouse but once its done that its off, can set to every day or what ever you want, is even anle to mop the floor as well just fill with water, so impressed

Eufy x8 pro
Great for dogs hair, set up pretty easy once you get used to the eufy app, don’t bother fitting the mop attachment pretty useless just drags along underneath. Not really good on rugs but as I bought it for hard floors it’s excellent. Meant to leave about 60cm in front and at sides from base station but sides don’t really matter as long as in front clear so it can work out it’s position before cleaning, also handy that you can pick individual rooms to clean in the app.

Great Product
Eufy x8 pro is really good for hard flooring, for Carpets at my home the suction wasn’t as same good as wooden floor. but if we regularly run this then Carpet also may be good.
I choose to return this as I have small kids and I felt I may need more suction power than this one.
This product is really worth for that price tag, the one I bought is almost double price for little bit more suction power.

Stress-reducer!
I ordered this because since getting our golden retriever I was getting stressed about how often I had to vacuum. I have him on a schedule so he sets off at 6am on weekdays and 7am on weekends. He only does the living room and dining room because the dog gate means he can’t escape from there. I’m pretty chuffed with him! He doesn’t do the best job – there have been a couple of times when it’s seemed like he couldn’t get the hair up and he does seem to struggle with bits on the rug – but he does a good enough job that I’m no longer stressing about getting the big vacuum out. I get that out twice a week now, rather than every day. He’s excellent on the hard floors and good (not great) on the rugs, but he does leave lovely lines. It takes about 20 mins to do that room and we lift the dining chairs, pet beds and coffee table out of his way before we go to bed to make it easier for him although I watched him go the first time and he’s perfectly capable of navigating around them. All in all I’m pleased I got him, he’s OK at picking up golden retriever fur, but could be a bit better. My life has definitely improved since having him around. If you don’t have a goldie, you’ll be golden!

Very Impressive
Very Impressive bit of equipment. Maps rooms automatically and remembers every. Ok and cranny. Intriguing how it finds its way around random chairs. Seems to pick up quite a large volume of dust and debris. Have not tried it on mopping yet. Hence only 4 stars with 5 star potential if the mop works just as well.

Love it
I have had this robot vacuum cleaner for a while now and it’s great. It maps the rooms so you can just clean a single area or do the whole lot. When it’s finished it cleans the brush and empties the bin automatically. All I have to do is select the app and what area I want it to clean!! Brilliant.

Water pump error after 1 week.
I bought this about a month ago, and 1 week after it started to read a water pump error. Tried to fix it based on the help desk recommendation but the mop pad isn’t working. Most probably a factory defect. Definitely returning this .

Does the job well. Mapping was easy. I have carpet and hard floor both are cleaned up to standard. The mop is more like a quick wipe but for every day cleaning it’s more than enough for me. thinkassemble.co.uk price beats everywhere else. Very happy with the purchase.
