Probably The Best
Probably the best door bell of this type. Includes the door bell and chime which will accept a micro sd card for additional storage. I have a Homebase 3 which I use with this, so don’t need that additional storage, easy to install and connect, it is a very good picture and sensor for detection, works much better then the eufy s300 camera. Very pleased and would recommend, more so than the wall mounted s300 camera.

Eufy doorbell
Purchased this to replace a Ring doorbell as fed up with the subscription increasing in price. It was easy to setup and I am impressed with the cameras. Have had it for several weeks now but not yet been able to properly refine the detection settings. They appear to be either too sensitive or not sensitive enough. Human only detection doesn’t seem to work at all unless the doorbell is pressed. All motion is picking up everything including the shadows of trees moving in the wind.
I will persevere with it as I have also now bought a spare battery which makes life much easier. Just swop the battery out with a fully charged one instead of the hassle with the Ring having it sit in the side charging.
It would get 5 stars if the sensitivity issue wasn’t so great. The app is also not the most intuitive thing to use.

Eufy 2K Video Door Bell (E340) & Chime
Very easy to install. Excellent picture quality. The added chime is great. I put a 128gb micro SD in it and made the chime my home base. Now everything is recorded on the chime. Eufy has very good systems. And all is with no monthly fee.

Great value for money with zero subscription costs
The video and audio are great. The Chime could do with being a bit loader but you can make some or all of your Alexa devices chime aswell. It would be good if the AI was able to distinguish between people passing by vs those approaching the house. That would reduce down the alerts if you face out onto a busy street. With a fair amount of passers by the batter has lasted about 4 weeks before needing to be recharged. The recharge time is not quick so picking up a spare battery from Eufy is a good idea.
The above are nit-picks. For the price and the fact that there is no on-going subscription fees this is a really good option for anyone looking for a video doorbell.

Nice doorbell can but not as good as should be the doorbell gose and time it opens on ur phone for u to answer the person gone so needs to be a faster response from doorbell to phone like ring but reason to buying this is cause I didn’t want to pay a yearly payment to ring to just record it quick on transfer from doorbell to phone and u can answer and and get response so guys think hard before u buy this not just from but any retailer who sells these

All I have to say is that it’s way better than ring and no monthly fees… The image from the eufy is 2k, which beats the ring Doorbell hands down. Highly recommend!!

So many + points why you should buy this!
Camera is clear, works very fast from the app when I connect and answer calls. I did put the SD card in my plugin chime, I then got the Homebase later but haven’t managed to swap it over, bit clunky! I need to dedicate more time to look at this. I also connected this to my old doorbell wire, which works amazing and unit has never drained on optimal surveillance. I had the old camera doorbell with well known brand and it drained constantly had to keep recharging on the same bell wire , even when I bought a replace battery which wasn’t cheap, this does not! Also there are no subscription fees so it pays for itself now as I’m saving that every month. I fully recommend this unit. I could go on, but I won’t!! 🙂 1 Happy customer.

Good replacement
Our original Eufy 2k video doorbell started messing about after 2 years and then stopped working. This was a replacement – but for the same great price as the original we now have the two camera version which also has lights at night. (There are different options for the night vision which alter whether it is just the top light on or both top and bottom lights.) Takes a little getting used to seeing the split view but helpful. Easy to set up especially if you have already have a wired doorbell (or of course you can use it as a battery powered unit). It comes with a chime you can plug in to use but we used our existing wired doorbell and the Eufy ‘Homebase’ unit we already had to store the images rather than use the internal storage.

Bought to replace Ring Video doorbell due to Ring increasing subscription fee again, as there are no subscription costs with this door bell, just add a microsd memory card to the chime and it store the content. The lights are a good function but do drain the battery.
Usability of the app is not as good as Ring, takes a few seconds to decrypt storage and there is a delay from doorbell press to phone notification, but works as a camera deterrent as much as the Ring.
