great little set up but really needs outside sound
so far so good easy to set up working well with 3 people using on the mobile phones but could really do with an outside sounder as when i accidentally set it off you could not hear it outside and inside with the doors closed I could hardly hear I had set it off so i the future if they sell one I would defiantly buy one as its the control box that makes the sound none from the keypad and as we used an ethernet cable at first it was behind the sofa so had to go wireless and put it in the kitchen

Good, but not great.
Good system but 1 major flaw, there is no external (or decent internal) alarm. The Homebase is fairly loud might work for light sleepers in a small flat/house, but is nowhere near loud enough.
There is no ability for the alarm to use Alexa devices or any other smart triggers, eve; if they allowed IFTTT you could then have it turn all the lights on and make sounds from Alexa, but alas, for some unknown reason Eury keep their system closed. If they ever open it up to use the sensors and allow much more powerful automation it would be fantastic, but is currently a limited “alarm” system.

Home alarm
Eufy alarm system is easy to install and works really well. My only concerns are unless you look at the panel you don’t know if the alarm is set or not when entering the building. The other concern is that if the alarm goes off it doesn’t clearly give audible notification. You just get a ping with a pop up notification. I would prefer something a lot more clear.

Good innovative product with no subscription fees. Very easy to install and configure. Combines with ither products as well to give a single source of interface.
Would have given 5 stars if not missing these critical features that are mandatory for a home alarm.

The Alarm is only mains powered. My wife set the alarm off entering our house and my 8 yr old son just unplugged it to turn it off. It has since been returned for a refund!

Excellent piece of kit, easy to install and gives you peace of mind. I have used this as a second alarm for night use only, the siren is not the loudest in the world and is for internal use but it will wake you if activated. If you require an external siren, you will need to purchase this separately and is easy to sync with the system, as with any other additional devices you care to add

Good system
Very good system, easy to set up and the app is good. Only 4 starts since the siren in the homebase is absolutely useless. Had to purchase an outdoor siren that is somewhat okay, if you dont buy that then its simply a notification on your phone system.

Easy to fit with all the sensors for a small / med house. No external siren available and the interior one is not massively loud, so more a notification device than alarm to scare the intruders off
