Cant be a travel cup if it leaks
I like ember products. They keep the heat well. I have 2 ember cups and also invested in the lid for them. I expected this travel.cup to be more of the same quality but unfortunately was quite disappointed. The cup leaks from the top making it unusable for travel purposes. You can’t put it in a bag and forget about it and come back to it an hour later at a good temperature.
The battery lasts as long as it supposed to but once the battery is done it loses heat extremely quickly. A normal thermos style travel mug would undoubtedly keep the drink at a nice drinking temperature for a longer period of time.
Had to return it to costco for a refund. Vwey disappointed in the product.

Lovely but ….
This product is lovely but the battery does not last long. It’s a positive that one can set the temperature so the drink does not burn.

Functionally good. Greater robustness needed.
I like this mug but the ceramic inside is not that robust so clean it carefully and asap after use to reduce staining and avoid damage. The battery lasts a good time – around 3 hours. I’ve seen some reviews state that the lid has broken and difficult to source replacement but I have not had any such issues. I do try and handle it with care though.
