To be honest not the best device. I find the mouse too shallow (not high enough to cup in the hand) but it is responsive enough so I can manage ok.The keyboard looks good but overall is disappointing, many times it doesn’t recognise a keystroke and also the shift key misses out too so I’m constantly having to go back to correct my typing which is frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it.

At first I thought the combined keyboard and mouse was far too low down to be usable. But after a few days I find both really comfortable. The keyboard is very accurate. Yes, really pleased with y purchase and especially the USB-C recharge option.

At first was really pleased with the purchase, mouse and keyboard were effortless to use. Having the convenience of wireless connectivity was great as no wires to manage.However its now been nearly 8 months since the purchase the mouse has become nearly unusable. Moving the mouse physically doesn’t result in cursor moving on the screen which is extremely frustrating at times. Issue is intermittent, at times it operates extremely smoothly and other times mouse is unresponsive.Shame as on the whole have enjoyed my first 6 months with the product.Update 20/8: Post the issue, had positive engagement from the seller to resolve the issue. Can’t fault the customer service.

Has to be one of the worse keyboards and mouse I have ever used in my life. The keyboard is very unresponsive, the mouse build quality is horrible, the fact that it is so low down is not ergonomically fitting for someone who may need to use the mouse a lot. The keyboard is the worse part as it doesn’t register some keystrokes, which is very frustrating as that is the bare minimum I expect from a keyboard no matter the price range.The USB C cable is very difficult to fit in the port (I’ve never seen this before with USB C), taking the cable out is another story.Despite all of this, the build quality of the keyboard is quite decent, nothing to write home about, but given its price not much room to complain. It is quite easy to use out of the box, but other than that would definitely not recommend at all to anyone looking for a new keyboard and mouse set.

Nice Solid and Power Efficient Keyboard
The keyboard and the keys feel solid. It connects well wirelessly every time to my MacBook Air. Having said that, the first time you hit any key, it takes it about a second to establish a connection the first time, so the first few keystrokes may be missed. Keep in mind that the dongle that you connect to the laptop, like any other dongle, does eat up a little bit of power from your laptop. Not a deal breaker.What is amazing is that I’ve been using it for 2 months now, straight out of the box, and have not even had to charge it once! It uses very little energy and likely due to the keyboard going into sleep mode if not used for a few minutes. If anyone has figured out how to access the lower key strokes on the number pad (for example PgUp or PgDn, arrow keys or Ins Del, I love to hear how you do it, as the instructions do not explain it and I have not been able to figure it out.
