Arrived damaged
Contacted customer services immediately, was told I’d get the replacement part. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I spent 75 mins in a phone queue to be told, they have to replace the whole appliance. I am still waiting to be contacted about pick up and replacement, very disappointing. service.

Best Vacuum by Far
I purchased a Vax stick vacuum cleaner two years ago and it was not much use. After purchasing the Dyson, wow what a great cleaner. It picks up everything especially with all the additional tools supplied. Definitely well worth the money.

Excellent but wall bracket could be improved.
Replaced a V6 only when the motorhead could not be replaced with original part. V10 is superior in many respects other than the wall bracket. The V6 fitted neatly under a shelf and against the wall with an upward motion to attach. The V10 sticks out considerably and with a downward motion to attach means it doesn’t fit under the shelf. So, had to relocate and fit a new extra socket in the cupboard. Nowhere as neat or convenient but the vacuum itself is excellent.

I was a bit hesitant to buy this because of the price but I got it on offer so thought I’d go for it. Wish I’d bought it sooner. Love it. I had a Gtech cordless before which broke so wanted another cordless. So much better than the Gtech. Lightweight, long battery time, really sucks up the dirt and a big enough bin. Easy to empty and clean

Great vacuum, but I wish it had a ose attachment, as it’s impossible to reach tricky bits of the car interior due to the size of the body.

Great Vacuum at a Great Price
I have been using Dyson mains powered vacuum cleaners for some time. This was my first buy of a battery operated one, and it has been quite an eye opener. This V10 has great suction and it is also very light, and versatile due to the great range of attachments that came with it. It is easy to empty and clean and charges up quite quickly.

The vacuum is not very efficient like other vacuums like Miele. Also having to hold down on the button when hovering is very uncomfortable.
