Expected better
This item wasn’t well made. It didn’t feel solid and the crumb tray was jaggard at the edges, and cut cut your hand easily. Not impressed. Sent it back and purchased the Architect, which I’m very happy with.

Robust toaster which works really well. Once you get used to timings for different things like bread, teacakes, crumpets you get the same result every time. Looks great as well.
