Just get one – you won’t regret it
Yes, I know it’s expensive, but it toasts perfectly, it keeps itself clean, is easy to de-crumb and you can buy slot-in spare parts cheaply. It is very solidly built – I don’t imagine anything breaking, and it is simple too – a timer plus you can select between 1, 2 and 4 slices to toast.

Reliable british brand
Simple to use and lasts for years, can’t remember when I bought its predecessor as it has done many years of regular use. I replaced because the elements needed changing and the exterior and crumb tray were damaged. Whilst this is an expensive toaster and doesn’t have an electronic ‘pop up’ function I’m happy to keep it simple.

Best Toast Ever
Lovely Toaster, Had one of these once before, and they don’t disappoint. They work slightly different to other toasters, by setting the time and the only heat up either two or the four slots, but it makes the best toast ever. I know a lot of people would say it’s only a toaster, an expensive one at that how much better can it be, but, it browns one side perfectly and the other side slightly underdone which keeps the toast from going too hard, and this makes the toast lovely. Worth the money in my opinion.

Awful – went back to my 10yr old £12 Argos toaster
Awful Toaster – does not toast evenly, burns easily. Unbelievably poor design from Dualit. No confusion about it being a bun toaster or whatever some people say. This was the toaster. I’ve had a 2 slice argos toaster for 10 years, we bought this because we’re a bit more grown up now but have gone back to the old toaster because it makes edible toast, which the Dualit does not. Don’t buy it.

Nice toaster, but box has already Benn opened. Sadly felt i could not open it in case it was damaged. Joined thinkassemble.co.uk for the toaster, i got a refund for the toaster but not the costco membership… that is a me issue.

The toaster looks great and I like different settings but it dues not provide a consistent result with toast often coming out burnt if you use it twice at the same time

A quality toaster made to last.
The quality of manufacture of this toaster is apparent as soon as the box is opened. The rounded edges, the robust slice lifter and front opening crumb tray, the variable toasting element selector and the mechanical timer all are built to last.
Due to the element spacing internally, an even and infinitely adjustable toasting depth is very quickly achieved.
The single, double or quadrupal slice selector ensures energy efficiency and due to not ejecting automatically ensures the toasted slices remain warm inside the device.
The only thing lacking is an audible device to alert when the heating time has elapsed.

Dualit the best there is
In my opinion the Dualit toaster is the best you can buy, we always had Dualit toasters when we ran our business for 20 years.

Top notch toaster.
Cannot fault the Dualit toaster. Bought to replace my thirty plus years old one which is a three slot. Nothing wrong with the old one – just fancied a new four slot one. My old one still looks like new. Can thoroughly recommend. They look great too.

Beautiful, stylish and worth the money!
We bought this beautiful toaster for our daughter and her family. We have a 4 slot Dualit toaster that we bought from thinkassemble.co.uk many years ago and have never had any issues with it whilst our daughter has had several various brand toasters in less than 5 years that have usually just ‘given up’ after a short time. It may not be the cheapest toaster but I am confident that it will last her years and will look just as good as it does now. Buying cheap is definitely a false economy when it comes to small appliances in my view.
