Loose coffee lid
This is my favourite coffee and I like to buy it in bulk. So thinkassemble.co.uk is ideal for me in terms of getting stuff in like this. What I don’t expect is for coffee to end up all over the floor as, on opening the packaging, I found the lid was not on properly (had clearly been opened already). One was bad enough, but the other jar was exactly the same. Obviously, there are bigger problems in the world right now, but I just wondered why this was.

Seals not intact
All jars arrived opened – seals were broken, some were not aligned (i.e. they had obviously been twisted.) Tried to resolve with customer services, to no avail. Obviously a refill.
