solThis stuff appears to be great. I have a wee problem with my washing machine. The bottle of cleaner says ‘run machine at 60 degrees’. Well, there’s a fault somewhere. Plumber says it’s the machine, engineer says it’s the plumbing. Sigh. So, not to flood my kitchen, I used my normal 30 degree programme and half the bottle. Very happy with the result. Machine no longer pongs and looks much cleaner….and no flooding. Possibly would have been cleaner if I’d followed the instructions but this worked well. Happy with product. Not so happy with delivery. Meant to be delivered 16th to 17th July. Nope, delivered by EVRI today, the 11th, with absolutely no warning. Can’t we please at least have Prime Day deliveries done by Prime, so deliveries can be tracked by your customers?

Instructions were to use a whole bottle for cleaning. The machine certainly smelled cleaner, but the amount of lather generated meant it came back out of the soap tray and leaked all over the floor!Had to stop the cycle and drain the machine before the end. If using, I would only put in half a bottle first and try it.
