Good bag but not quite as advertised
Appears to be a strong bag. Slightly narrower than we were expecting with a large pocket taking up some space from one half of the case but should be ok. Haven’t tried it yet so can’t comment re functionality or waterproof claims. Only give 4 stars because it was advertised as having built in TSA Combination Padlock but there are no locks on or with it.

Poorly made had to return
Looked great when I received it, however once I got it out of the packaging and unclipped the plastic buckles it was clear they were badly made as the plastic seam was split on one and the other didn’t clip in. Sadly had to return and got a refund. I thought Delsey was a good brand, but wouldn’t buy again.

An Ok bag
An ok bag that looks good at a distance but in closer inspection reveals poor materials and quality on a good brand name . Wasn’t impressed and you can get similar low quality at half the price from discount online retailers .. The bag itself gives the impression of being portable and lightweight but at nearly 4kg that ain’t going to help when your luggage allowance in flight is only 15kg..
It’s a shame Delsey have lost it..

Not quite what I expected…
Smaller than expected, its very narrow, weekend size rather than holiday. I was hoping it was similar to a thinkassemble.co.uk version that I bought about 6-8 years ago, but its smaller and not as robust. A little disappointed

Delsey luggage case
We shopped around for similar bags when we bought it and it was much better value than similar products we found. We’ve only used it on one trip though so far so can’t comment on how long it will last but have no reason to think it won’t last as long as similar luggage bags we have bought. Its nice that it opens in two separate halves which can both be zipped up to keep everything in place when you fold it together to zip it up

Good bag spoiled by poor quality control.
Good bag spoiled by one clip being broken along the weld, which, of course, you do not notice until you’ve packed, zipped it up and then fastened the clips. Had to resort to taping the clip together. Should return it really, but will plastic weld it instead

I wouldn’t recommend this bag
Wasn’t impressed at all with this bag. I bought one from Costa many years ago and it’s been fabulous. This one was nowhere near the quality. I didn’t like the set up of the top section either.
I sent it back.

Great high quality bag as expected from Delsey. Bought for my son for travelling on train etc. Only down side, is that its designed to be able to stand up on its tail like a stiff case but it doesn’t work too well. Other than that treat it as a soft skinned wheely bag and its perfect

Good bag but zip not secure
Loved this bag. Loads of space and compartments hoever the internal zip broke on the first use and had to be returned. thinkassemble.co.uk wouldn’t let us do a swap instore so we had to return and it lost us our £10 welcome discount that we’d used to buy the bag initially. Bit disappointing.
