Awful purchase and nightmare to get a refund
Had high expectations, but completely regret this purchase. Sent out a different PC Case with a dent in the side. Contacted , who contacted Cyberpower, who then contacted me. Said the PC inside is ‘equivalent’ to what was purchased and offered to send out another side panel. If I wanted the actual PC case that I ”purchased” I would need to send the PC back first?! No chance would I risk that as probably get the same bashed components stuck in another case back. Asked for a refund. Sent the PC back to them weeks ago. Still awaiting a refund. Cyberpower said need to do something. said Cyberpower need to do something. After being hung up on and calling back they said refund would be in 5 days. Asked for an email to confirm this, and got one saying 10 days. Whole purchase has been like the end credits of Benny Hill. Refund still awaited………….

Solid gaming 1080p/1440p PC!
Actual PC is much bigger and it has a different case than what’s in the photo. Also great spec with parts from MSI GPU/SSD/AIO Cooler, ASUS B650Plus Motherboard and Kingston 5600 RAM. Case is cyberpower branded. RGB needs to be set up in BIOS before it could be adjusted. Would recommended when there is an offer (£200 off RRP).
