Headband is way too big even on the smallest setting. I’ve had to pad it up to make it fit as I really needed to use it. Calls work ok but your own voice does not come through the headphones which is odd. Would not recommend !

For years I purchased a similar Panasonic model and have thrown many in the trash. I need one to keep the kinks out of neck while being hands free to use my computer, iPad, etc. Tried this one just to see if something different would be better, and was pleasantly surprised. This Wantek headset is a much higher quality and functions better. Nice long, heavy duty cord so you won’t knock it in the floor just by turning your head. Sound, comfort, and functionality are excellent. I don’t believe you can find a better unit in this price range.

Eigentlich ein gutes Headset. Lässt sich gut tragen. Habe es hin und wieder benutzt, wenn ich telefoniere und die Hände frei haben wollte. Leider hat das Headset nicht so lange gehalten, wie mein vorheriges Marken-Headset.Nach nun einem Jahr versteht mich die andere Seite nicht mehr. Habe es an mehreren Telefonen versucht. An allen Geräten das gleiche Problem.Schade! Deswegen nur 2 Sterne!*** Update November 2024***Der Kundenservice hat mir angeboten, das Headset zu Erstzen. Top Service!!Deswegen doch 5 Sterne vergeben!!!!
