Very poor due to most visible manufacturing defect
Sadly no quality control must be prevalent during manufacture or serious defects of this type would have been picked up.
Very poor customer service from thinkassemble.co.uk – despite notifying twice, still awaiting a replacement. thinkassemble.co.uk has gone downhill.

Delivery was quick and delivered when advised. The rug is a beautiful colour, the blue is more of a duck-egg it looks rich and feels nice and soft underfoot, size is true. I would say it is not as heavy as I expected and does tend to move even on carpet. It does definitely need carpet grip, especially if it was to be placed on hardwood floors.
