Good quality, no dust, long-lasting for storage
Good quality rice. The double water-polished aspect means that it has no dust and can be used without washing, and left in the pan to fluff up without intervention. No sticking or clumping, very convenient. It lasts in the sack for at least two years past its UseByDate if kept in dry and reasonably cool conditions (I have verified this by personal experiment.)
