Excellent picture, good sound quality, great features (Apps) and very good value for money.The only downside is that the settings menu is rather complex to navigate and not really intuitive.For anyone like myself who generally watches traditional TV channels I would recommend adjusting the setting so that it goes straight to TV rather than the Home menu when you switch on. To do this:- Settings (gear wheel)- OK on gear wheel icon- General- System- Additional settings- Home settings- Power On Screen- Set to “Recent Input”Please note that this particular set is mains only, not 12V (the description may be misleading).

Great sounds from the speakers and great picture too overall great piece of kit… sorry I gave 4star rating as the only issue I have had was setting the tv up and time it took to update the system and the process it took.. not an easy unit to set up for folk that aren’t computer savvy.. but if you have patience then I totally recommend this tv… a little wide in thickness but overall quality cancelled that out for me… had to phone customer service to help me and they ate also dast and effective and really professional so 100% recommend 👌

Great TV, we have it as a spare in our bedroom and it is perfect , Clear picture , great sound and its tiny so fits in the niche we have . I was concerned it would be poor quality as i didnt know the name , i was wrong ! this little TV is better then the bush TV we had by a mile

It appeared to be an ace TV. Bought primarily for the built in Freesat tuner. The sound and picture are ace. The Freesat and Internet options tuned in champion.However…it was for a kids bedroom with a DvD player.All good so far, until trying to raise and lower the volume,with the DvD handset. Raising it fine,lowering it switched off the DVD player. Contacted Cello Customer Services by email and phone.Got told the devices must be on a similar infra Red frequency, and LG can’t check every device for compatibility. There’s nowt they could do and I’d have to try and mask the signal??????There is though!! It was sent back the next day via Think Assemble returns at ASDA. Another disaster, first attempt servers down, second attempt servers down. Third attempt success. Surly unhelpful Staff.Then informed it’s going to take 2 weeks, or more, for a refund. It’s not that when the cash is ripped out of your account in seconds!!Overall.A very poor experience

This item was reduced in price as refurbished but I could find no errors or scratches on it at all.The tv has on screen instructions for setting it up. This took a good 15 to 20 minutes to go through all the processes and updates. It connected to the house wi fi system and my mobile phone with no difficulties.The picture, colour quality and sound quality is very good and it makes a great television for the kitchen. It has taken me a little while to get the programme I want but I’m sure it will get easier.

Bel televisorino che va bene per ambienti con poco spazio, personalmente, penso sia perfetto per la cucina, un pò complessa l’inizzializzazione, ma il funzionamento è ottimo, smart app ok, anche i nuovi canali LG
