no hassle purchase at a fantastic price
We just moved into our new home and discovered the garage door had rotted at the hinge. We saw the offer in costco and purchased our doors. The guide to measure was really easy to follow so we were able to purchase the right sizing. But for piece of mind the company sent out an assor to check the measurements before the fitting. On the day of the fitting the guys arrived. They were very polite and worked efficiently and the garage doors were fitted in no time. They look fantastic and work very easily. Every in our little street are very jealous off our new swanky garage doors.

Good doors and (almost) exactly as expected.
The product is exactly as expected. Well, almost anyway. For some reason the manufacturer thought it was a good idea to use bright white hinges on a gray door. Delivery and installation was also good, but again for some reason the installer thought it made sense not to remove the plastic protetive covers at the bottom of the doors before hanging them. Very strange, and not very helpful as they are a real pain to remove now that the doors have been hung. But other than these points very happy with both the product itself, delviery and installation. And also cheaper to buy via thinkassemble.co.uk than the quote we had previously got directly from the supplier.

Uncompleted installation.
The installation is not completed. They left a huge gap between the new garage door and my wall. The engineer promised to come back in couple days to finish it but then no one followed. I tried to contact them twice but they didn’t call back. Please help me to contact them and ask them to finish the job for me. Thank you for your attention.
