was a bit worried about these phones after reading the reviews, but have to say they are great for the price. Easy to set up and install, only downside which isn’t a major problem is these phones don’t have a loudspeaker, not that I use it much.

Basic call functions work well, callers sound clear. The interface is intuituve for making and receiving calls. The display is bright and clear, but also a bit rubbish in terms of the font being used. The weight is very neutral, any lighter and it would feel cheap, any heavier and it would feel “vintage”. It meets my very simple needs, hence the 5-star rating.

It’s a simple phone to use and set up. Nice design and lightweight. Buttons and features are all easy to use. Has a long plug cord . Ringing sound is quite loud so it can be heard around the house.The only thing that let me down is that when it rings the number isn’t displayed on the screen so you can’t check whose calling. If you’re looking for a simple cordless phone this is ideal.

I purchased this item in February 2022. I was not able to install them for several weeks, due to my husbands death and long term bereavement I have used these phones for approx 4-6weeks . Over a week ago , the whole system and all phones stopped working . I can see no reason for this to happen . I wish to return this item and claim a refund as I wish to purchase another set of phones asap.I am aware that this is a late request but I am still in a state of grieving for my late husband and still not back to normal.

We found our older phone/answering machine had stopped charging, so would never connect a call. So on searching in Think Assemble found this, and am pleased. I think the sound quality is not the best, but that could be due to the property and wiring. Although the phone/internet provider did say BT had recently upgraded the local infrastructure.Overall I am happy with the phone.
