Machine is perfect. Shame the two men that brought it didn’t have a clue about uninstalling and installing it, said they couldn’t do it and left us with machine in middle of kitchen. They complety omitted to tell us they had removed the u bend under sink water everywhere, both me and my husband are in our late sixties and I’m disabled it took us the whole day to complete what intact what we had paid nearly £40 for , yes my husband did sign their paperwork out of pure frustration, machine fantastic , instillation never again,

Be Aware
Machine works as expected. Total duration for wash & dry, ready to put away can be 3 to 4 hrs. Machine could not be installed as I paid for as Bosch have started to fit an oversize box filter on the water inlet hose. This meant the kitchen units had to be removed to cut a larger hole for the hose to go through as it couldn’t be done in situ. I couldn’t even come in from the non filter end of the hose as Bosch have even increased the size of the screwed hose connection as well! thinkassemble.co.uk and Bosch need to hi light this in the machine description.

Top quality washing machine from Bosh at discounted price, incl. 5y warranty!
Dryer can handle smaller loads (ie washing 9Kg but dryer only 5Kg) but for occasional use it’s fine. Quiet machine, we just needed to add a water hammer to the pipe because the new solenoid valve and bigger intake hose was causing noises in the pipes, nothing to do with the washing machine itself but something to be aware of. Delivery was 6 days and we were kept updated. Would definitely recommend.
