Poorly packaged
Unfortunately, the sofa came with just clear plastic packaging and sellotape which had torn in many places causing damage to the delicate velvet material. The legs were also missing and these finally arrived 3 weeks later. The manufacturer has agreed to replace the sofa but I suspect with pressure from thinkassemble.co.uk but it will take upto 6 weeks for our new one to arrive. Generally happy with the style but seat cushions are soft so support is lacking in the centre of the sofa. It is more like a 3-seater for adults in comfort than a 4-seater.

Disappointed
Took over 2 months to arrive and had to chase twice. It’s too short for me to the knee being 6ft 2 inches and it’s at least 2 inches shorter than my other sofas.I miss the extra support. Button fell off the footstool. Looks nice but otherwise I’m left disappointed. Especially after reading the glowing reviews.

Absolutely delighted with these sofas. Delivery was litle later than promised but delivery men were so polite and took away the wrapping which was a huge help. They are good quality and look very elegant.

Delivery was a little delayed, was 6 weeks when expected to be within 20 working days however we are in a pandemic so it is to be expected.
The quality of the sofa is outstanding and although it doesn’t look very comfortable, looks can be deceiving. The cushions are very firm and the material is so soft, it feels like you are stroking a cat.

A beautiful Chesterfield with high back
So happy with this sofa, long enough to properly stretch out on. Beautiful colour. Very well made, quality item. Has a lovely high back which is unusual in a chesterfield. Just a little note, there is a zip section underneath that has the wooden feet in. It arrives with plastic travel feet on. Highly recommend this sofa. Well done thinkassemble.co.uk.

Very comfortable, looks great, and great quality, the wood feet are much darker than they appeared on line and would have preferred the lighter wood. The velour fabric needs special care.
