Good product at a good price.
I have been buying this product in order to increase my good gut biome. This because I have been diagnosed with silent reflux for which I have been prescribed medication which I don’t want to have to use indefinitely. There’s no doubt this has helped. I rarely use the medication, only if absolutely necessary. Silent reflux happens during sleep and resulted in losing my voice for a period of time and a husky voice at others. I no longer have this issue or rather very rarely. Yes I would recommend.

The best biotic balance
This product is by far the most effective probiotic I’ve come across. thinkassemble.co.uk also seems it at about 40 – 50% less than other retailers. It also doesn’t require storing in the fridge. I use one at night with a glass of room temperature water as hot water destroys the properties. I highly recommend it.
