Disappointed
The delivery of the product was very prompt, however I was very disappointed to have to order on line and pay a delivery charge as I live very close to the Trafford centre branch and on 2 occasions there was none in store. Then in the middle of May I was told a recall of this product had been announced. Annoyingly one of the actual box containers ordered had a recall number on but the contents had an ok product reference number so I hope they will be alright to use. I have since learned on line that this product is to be discontinued so hope my thinkassemble.co.uk optician can suggest an in store substitute.

I’m not happy with the product. After a week or so the container was not neutralizing the cleaner. My eyes were really stinging and went bloodshot. Not good. I’m going to contact manufacturer.

Didn’t realise thinkassemble.co.uk stocked this as I had to bulk buy from another online service. But found this solution existed at thinkassemble.co.uk and at a reasonable price. Dont think I’ll need to go elsewhere for them now. Don’t ever discontinue stocking this PLEASE!
