Small, keeps track of steps accurately but can be a little slow to start detecting when you reset hence 4 stars. Easy to set up amd nice big screen.

I can’t say too much about the products longevity as I last it after two outings. I bought this device to replace a similar product: 3DFitBud (priced at £8.99 when I bought it), which died after a year (as did the previous one). However, I was horrified to see the price had risen to £29.99 (reduced now to 22.99). I can’t see how a simple product could justify that price, so I opted for something cheaper. This one seemed to fit the bill. It seems of a good build quality and keeps fairly accurate readings. One niggle was that the default display was “Time of Day” and I would rather see “Total Steps”. Pressing the mode button once turns on the backlight, pressing again shows total steps. Perhaps the facility to select the default screen would be better. My only real gripe was that the clip was such that it rode out of the belt as one walked. The first time I was lucky to be able to retrieve. The next time I clipped it to the hem of my pocket with the stepper hanging within the pocket: this time I lost it altogether. I would suggest stuffing it well into one’s pocket or perhaps using the lanyard.

Very easy to set up, seems quite accurate based on first few days of using. Basic functions, just steps and time but that’s what I wanted. Clear display and handy backlight. I’ll probably only use it on the clip but it does come with a lanyard. Also has a mini screwdriver for when you have to change the battery which is handy. Good value for money.

The amazon page assures me that this is the exact same listing and pedometer i ordered 3 years ago and it just started to go wrong so ordered a replacement the same. I had to send it back and get a refund because though its looks identical it is not the same product through the details may have been updated but the box always said the same list of functions as this does anyway just the leaflet inside was different. My first one came with the function to add your step pitch/stride length and would always tell me how much distance i had walked each day, which is the most important thing for me, as well as telling me my step count. This is the exact same listing for that identical looking item and that one all way told me i walked about 0.1 to 0.3 miles indoors at home, but upon buying a different and very easy to use replacement brand which does still have step pitch input and distance tracking as well as weight input and calorie burn counter, active exercise time tracker as well as step counter and a weeks viewable memory of it all for only a couple of pounds more and monitoring my results for two days on the same walking routes, activity level and activities/level of activity at home as well as roughly the same time spent at home, i found my original one of these pedometers was failing to register a couple of thousand steps a day round the house , also taking into account that my new pedometer is also programmed in the same way to only count steps when you take over 10 steps in one go and my last one was telling me i had walked about a mile a day less than i really had. i do not know if this issue still affects this but if you ordered one of these a few years ago and want a replacement it will not be the same!

No problem with the functionality or features (in fact I liked them), but I sent this one back because the shape is slightly curved which means it dug in to my waist when worn clipped on and caused discomfort. Not a problem if you plan to use it with a lanyard, of course.

Accurate, easy to read, and exactly what I was looking for
I am in love with this little pedometer, it is exactly what I was looking for! The clip is nice and sturdy so it stays on all day to track my steps. It starts tracking after the first ten steps and it tested accurately. It’s super easy to read, even without my glasses on, and it’s so good that it’s offline and not linked to my phone or anything. I just check to see if I have hit 10K steps and then I’m done for the day.

Diesen einfachen Schrittzähler für 33,77 € gekauft. Farbe und Clip okey. Der kleine Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher zum Öffnen des Batteriefaches eine gute Idee. Die Handhabung durch die zu kleinen Knöpfe nicht gelungen. Die größte Enttäuschung ist das Zählen der Schritte, also der Job, den das kleine Gerät hauptsächlich tun soll. Ich habe das neue Gerät parallel zum alten benutzt und festgestellt, dass es bis zu 40 % weniger Schritte anzeigt. Die meisten Schritte mache ich täglich auf dem Ergometer. Also Realitäts-Check: Stoppuhr gestellt, Schritte gezählt und auf eine halbe Stunde hochgerechnet. Ergebnis: mein alter Schrittzähler liegt nur geringfügig unter meinem errechneten Ergebnis, also zählt der Avtrek nicht richtig.Fazit: ein Abzockerpreis für eine ungenügende Leistung.
