I bought this on recommendation and haven’t been disappointed. It’s compact, quick and easy to set up and it gives me great peace of mind to think my van is under constant supervision. Also made in EU which is a big positive for me. Defo recommend taking out the additional tool cover if you can too – although everyone hopes they never have to call on it, if you did, the quick settlement is a huge bonus.

I wasn’t sure what you got for the price and how much the data/tracking was on top so I contacted the ARMD customer service and he answered my queries no problem. The thinkassemble.co.uk price is everything for the first year (data, calls, tracking, alarm) and then only £7.99 per month to keep it connected after that. No buying extra sims cards or worrying about topping up the data. I previously had just an independent tracker without the alarm part or any of the app features for around the same price per month and this is so much more. I am also now considering them for tool insurance as well when my renewal comes up. As far as I am concerned it is peace of mind at a sensible price point.

Easy to install. Sadly the response time is so slow I could of emptied half my van before it went off. When speaking to support there response was for me to improve the wifi in my area. So no good. Sent back through thinkassemble.co.uk

The setup is straightforward, and now I have a system that lets me rest easy at night. I already have deadlocks, a tool safe, van alarm, and a ring camera on my driveway but this tells me in realtime if they have got in and tracks the van if they nick the whole thing so it gives me another level of peace of mind. The app also has a free tool inventory for you to store photos of your tools so I am going to try that out this weekend as well.

Installing the ARMD guard system was wireless and done in under 15 minutes! On my van the hub sticks out a bit so the panel doesn’t fully clip back in but it is barely noticeable when all said and done. It is reassuring to know my van will ring me in realtime if the ars*s get in! Respect to ARMD for taking on tool theft aas trades desperately need some support. Highly recommend it to everyone!
