Faulty MacBook pro m4
I have bought m4 pro in December. When I opened and started installing software, when I did press the up arrow key It came off from the one corner. Pressing it on left corner was placing it back to the place but again when I would press the up arrow key from left corner, it did come off. Very same day I called customer serand they did offer me a replacement. They said I would receive a call from vendor who will collect the old machine and deliver the new machine but after waiting for couple if days when I dint receive a call from them again I called . This time I have been told oh we can’t replace but instead we will do refund. I am chasing for my money for weeks now so I can place an new order but still every time I am calling them its going round and round. please refund the money asap or send replacement asap. I need my machine for work.

The computer was scratched and missing the cleaning cloth new M4’s come with. I bought it in March, but warranty started in December. Second Mac I buy from and INGRAM displaying strong evidence of refurbished sold as new. denied it yet gave me 100 pound. Still believe it’s fair for people to know As it’s the second Mac I buy like this.

Macbook M4 Pro 48GB
Upgraded from 16 pro intel. Have been impressed with performance improvement. Can safely run Docker Desktop with kubernetes, multiple IDE windows, workplace collaboration apps, database engine consoles with dual Quad HD screens connected, which the old one suffered with daily. The 48GB M4 pro felt like the happy balance of price and performance for my software engineering needs and has fully supported everything I’ve needed it to do.
