Let down by smart features
Great battery and works as planned woithout smart features. However, let down by smart features. Firstly, loss of wifi connection regularly (only uses 2.4Ghz) rendering it useless if you are not nearby. You can only log on to the Anker app with one device. And once you do log on, you can’t control individual ports – just control the overall class of ports (e.g. normal plugs or USB, for example). To be honest, no reviews really covered the usefulness of the app and I would probably not have bought it if I’d known beforehand. Leaving it a few more days and see if a third reset works but may return as App and connectivity is poor.

Brilliant power
Brilliant powerbank, ordered online and arrived on time well packaged . The power supply had 85% on it on arrival. Easily charged up . I used it in earnest the following weekend took it along to a country fair I had a craft stall. Throughout the day I powered my nespresso machine no bother at all. Silent use , easy to follow steps.

It’s a small looking unit but very powerful and longer lasting than first appeared . Really smart unit too and surprisingly easy to operate via Bluetooth from my phone . Bought to help the pigeon racers to use their “clocks” from a remote hut as well as printer etc and so far has been a lot more longer lasting and up to the task

Great product charges quick enough has MPT solar charger and isn’t to heavy, the only let down is the app that works well until it disconnects and then you have to be right next to the device to delete and reconnect it. Seems others on google play have had the same problem.

Invaluable peace of mind
OK, it’s an older model but it’s brilliant. Love the light bar and ease of use (once I figured out which buttons to hold and which to just click). Great peace of mind for those moments without access to electricity – just watch the wattage. For the kettle, you might not get a brew if you have a 3kw one rather than a travel one. Thinking about getting a gen-2 to add even more capacity and make it easier to move around.
