I’d been wanting this recently and decided to wait for the prime day deals to get the remote and I’m really happy with it. The remote feels nice in hand, has a nice premium feel too and feels much better than the original remote that comes with the regular firestick.I have the 4K Max at the moment and the remote was very easy to set up, literally took a couple of minutes and then done.I too got the apps button at the bottom as opposed to the Disney Plus one that sometimes people get. To be honest I did initially want the Disney Plus button however I do much prefer the apps button really simply because I’m forever going into there to open the “Background Apps and Process List” app which you need to regularly do to shut off apps running in the background, which can also slow down your firestick, so this button being there is much more handy.Not everyone subscribes to Disney Plus anyway, so it makes sense. Plus, you can assign the number 1 and 2 buttons to any apps you like, so you could always assign this to Disney Plus too if you wanted to. I have assigned my buttons to UFC and Discovery Plus (TNT Sports) and they work well and really nicely, they open up really fast too.From what I can gather you can only assign apps that are officially downloaded, so I don’t think third party apps will work with these buttons. I don’t use them anyway, as I like to keep my Firestick as new and how it should be however I know a lot of people use this so it’s worth noting that you may not be able to assign these buttons to third party apps (check online to see if you want to do this).The find my remote feature is very handy, I tried this straight away through my Echo Dot and Alexa said something about might take a minute to do it for the first time however it played the tune before she even said that on my Echo Dot so that’s how fast it was, really good lolThe light up feature is also really nice!! This is going to look lovely at night, specially when you’re trying to find the buttons on your remote at the time, so I really like this a lot too.The buttons are also very responsive and really good, they do feel so much nicer than the original remote and although they’re in slightly different places due to the extra buttons we have, it’s not really anything that confuses you from your previous remote, it’s actually better!!For example the volume buttons are now to the left which is so much better than being in the middle to set the volume on your TV, it just feels better placed there and also works really well too. There is the additional settings button to go straight into there which is nice, the mute button is more or less the same place just a little lower under the volume this time, which again makes more sense and the live TV button, which I never use however I know many people might do so this also is in a really nice place for that. There is also an up and down button which is really nice too, for example if you use Pluto TV you can use this to navigate the channels while you watch them, so it kinda works like that with those kind of things, it’s really nice.I haven’t tried the Bluetooth thing with the headphones as I don’t use them to watch TV with however this also is a really handy feature, specially if you have a significant other and are wanting to watch TV late at night without disturbing them but again, it’s a really nice feature that I’m sure will be handy for a lot of people also.All in all it’s a really fantastic remote and I absolutely love it!! I would say it’s definitely worth buying in the sale as I do think it’s a little overpriced when not on sale, specially when you consider you can buy a full firestick for that price however if you get this on the regular sales, it’s absolutely worth it 100% and even at full price I wouldn’t be overly disappointed but it just feels right at the price it’s at in the sale for me, and I think it’s a really, really nice item!!I would definitely recommend you buying one when you can, you’ll love it and it’s a great little remote to go with your firestick also!!I hope this has helped a few people before you purchase the item 😊🙏🏼

A really useful device if a little overpriced at full retail. Love the backlit buttons and the ‘find me’ function! The main reasons I bought this remote were the headphone direct connect button and customisable buttons. I watch a lot of movies at night and need to keep noise to a minimum and It is just so much easier to connect my Bluetooth headphones directly to the fire stick than go through pages of menus to connect to my tv. Only gripe is that the maximum volume on the headphones through fire stick is lower than I’d like but this may be a limitation of the Bluetooth headphones protocol. If I were to request some improvements to the remote I’d love to see the following implemented…1: make the customisable buttons fully accessible (able to link to any app and function).2: increase the volume output to Bluetooth headphone via fire stick.3: remove the Disney+ (and maybe the Netflix) button and replace with the Applications button like the Pro Max remote.4: backlight the circular control ring.In all, a really useful remote and a must have for nighttime viewing. Pity it wasn’t bundled with the Pro Max fire stick.

Ho acquistato il Telecomando vocale Alexa Pro e, dopo alcuni giorni di utilizzo quotidiano, posso dire che fa esattamente quello che promette.Design e materiali:Comodo in mano, ben bilanciato e con tasti solidi. Si percepisce subito una buona qualità costruttiva, non sembra il classico telecomando leggero e fragile.Tasti retroilluminati:Funzione che fa davvero la differenza. Al buio si illumina automaticamente, comodissimo la sera o di notte senza dover accendere luci o andare a tentoni.Tasto cuffie:Molto pratico. Con un solo tasto si collegano le cuffie Bluetooth, ideale per guardare la TV senza disturbare. Una funzione semplice ma fatta come si deve.Controllo vocale:Il microfono risponde bene e capisce i comandi senza dover ripetere le frasi. Basta tenere premuto il tasto Alexa e parlare normalmente, anche con un po’ di rumore intorno.Configurazione:Collegamento rapido e intuitivo tramite Fire TV/app Alexa. In pochi minuti è pronto all’uso, senza complicazioni inutili.Uso quotidiano:Reattivo, preciso e affidabile. I comandi arrivano subito e l’esperienza complessiva è più comoda rispetto al telecomando standard.Difetti:Nulla di rilevante. Se devo essere pignolo, con comandi vocali molto lunghi a volte impiega un attimo in più, ma niente che disturbi.Conclusione:Un telecomando ben fatto, pensato per l’uso reale di tutti i giorni. Retroilluminazione e tasto cuffie lo rendono superiore al modello base. Consigliato a chi usa spesso Fire TV e Alexa.

Ja, die Fernbedienung ist teuer. Ja, die Fernbedienung könnte bei höherwertigen Fire-TV Geräten – Wie z. B. dem Fire TV Cube direkt mit beiliegen. Aber sie ist nicht beigelegt und ist meiner Meinung nach ihr Geld auf jeden Fall wert!Ich habe anfangs sehr gezweifelt, ob ich so viel Geld in eine neue Fernbedienung investieren soll und habe lange gezögert – Inzwischen bin ich aber sehr froh, sie gekauft zu haben. Die Details warum erläutere ich im Folgenden:Wie ich auf dem ersten Bild zeige, ist die Fernbedienung ein wenig größer als die Fernbedienung, die standardmäßig mitgeliefert wird und sie ist auch etwas schwerer – Nicht viel schwerer, aber etwas. Dennoch fühlt sie sich direkt vertraut an, wenn man die “alte” gewöhnt ist.Die zusätzlichen Funktionen der Fernbedienung sind grandios. Wie im Video gezeigt wird, leuchtet die Fernbedienung auf, sobald sie Bewegung erkennt. Das ist gerade abends sehr zu begrüßen, wenn nicht so viel Licht im Zimmer vorhanden ist. Man kann dadurch alle Tasten super gut lesen, auch in der Dunkelheit.Das absolute Highlight bleibt aber dennoch die “Finden”-Funktion. Für Leute wie mich, die gerne mal ihre Fernbedienung verlegen, ist diese Funktion Gold wert. Wenn man Alexa anspricht und sagt “Finde Fernbedienung”, dann ertönt aus der Fernbedienung ein Ton, mit dem man diese schnell wiederfinden kann. Es ist unglaublich hilfreich, da die Fernbedienung so sehr schnell wieder entdeckt werden kann.Außerdem gibt es noch zwei programmierbare Tasten, welche selbst belegt werden können. Die Programmierung dabei ist denkbar einfach gestaltet. Diese können verwendet werden, um bestimmte Apps zu öffnen oder im Falle der Prime Video App können sogar auf bestimmte Bereiche direkt zugegriffen werden – So z. B. die Watchlist. Ich benutze diese, um sofort YouTube öffnen zu können und sofort auf die Watchlist auf Prime Video zugreifen zu können. Das funktioniert beides einwandfrei.Eine zusätzliche Hülle zu kaufen ist empfehlenswert, diese sind nicht allzu teuer und es gibt auch lumeszierende Hüllen, wenn man diese bevorzugt. Leider liegt nichtmal eine einfache Hülle mit bei, dies finde ich aber nicht weiter schlimm. Die Fernbedienung ist auch so relativ griffig und fühlt sich gut an in der Hand.Trotz des relativen hohen Preises für eine Fernbedienung kann ich diese also definitiv empfehlen.
