Fabulous sofas. We took a gamble and ordered with out seeing them. It was worth the risk!
They arrived in less than a week after ordering them, IN LOCK DOWN! Awesome!
They look a greeny grey in some light but we love the colour. We are thrilled with them and they are super comfy. Lovely soft leather and feel well built.
It was a risk ordering without seeing them but one that was worth it, we knew if there was an issue, we had the added comfort of the fabulous costco customer service.
These are fabulous quality and we are thoroughly chuffed with our purchase!

We ordered this having not seen it as it wasn’t on display in store, so glad we did, delivery was in the time scale as stated and the quality is amazing you can smell the leather when you walk in the room, our delivery was 8am the driver phoned the night before and they put it together and took the packaging away so pleased we bought this and a great price. The only thing I would say it much darker than the photos ‘dark grey’ but I think it would start to lighten in time as it’s natural leather . Still chuffed with it tho

Dream sofa.
The sofa is of really good quality, the leather is exceptionally soft and feather fillings are really comfortable. The only problem was with the delivery and assembly, he delivery guys didn’t assembled even though on the order it was mentioned. So I have to assemble it myself alone, the assembly was simple however, for single person the whole process was very difficult. I had to shout at my new sofa :). Made a complaint and around a week later someone called to arrange assembly. I paid for delivery and assembly so thinkassemble.co.uk should take some notice.

Looks great but very uncomfortable to sit on
Very good quality and looks great, unfortunately it’s probably the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever owned. Really disappointed, it was a big mistake buying it online, if I had been able to sit on it first I wouldn’t have bought it

This is a really comfy sofa, and looks great. However, I would recommend getting a fabric swatch before ordering as the colour is different to the picture

Faulty goods
We received our furniture in September and found faults within two months, these were inspected by Home Serve who said it was wear and tear. I find this incredible after such a short time. We have since found other faults which we have reported. We have requested replacement sofa or full refund of 3 piece suite purchased. Hope you can help us. Thanks

Replacement for a manufacturing fault
This is was a replacement for a faulty sofa , coating started to peel off on the arms and the front of the cushions. Good old costco stood on their reputation and replaced the sofa eventually

Purchased in September 2020. Very comfortable but disappointed that the colour is wearing away on the cushions and armrests already.

Sagging cushions on allington sofa
I was absolutely thrilled when my sofas arrived I had read so many good reviews and as thinkassemble.co.uk is such a good company I bought them online after 3 hours of sitting on the 3 seater sofa both cushions have gone saggy, i contacted thinkassemble.co.uk online and after 3weeks they sent someone out who told me this is normal and things are not made like they use to be (in other words I’ve paid £4500 for a load of rubbish) I have thrown a better sofa away it now is in my back room as it is not fit for purpose so on my next days off I will be taking the cushions to trading standards to see what they have to say so I would not advise anyone to buy this sofa as for the 2 seater we are not going to sit on this but the footsilooks nice and have no problem with this I can’t believe that nobody mentioned the saggy leather in there reviews

Great sofa, chair and ottoman
We ordered the grey 4-seat sofa, chair and ottoman. The colour is darker than pictures but it’s a nice colour. The colour is true to sample swatch. In some sunlight I can see a tint of green but only noticed it because of other reviews. It’s comfortable and well made. Very sturdy, comfortable and the leather is high quality. It’s not too hard or too soft to sit on. Velcro seats make for easy cleaning and never slides. Having two kids food gets stuck in buttons in ottoman as they use it for a snack table but easy to wipe clean and vacuum out. I was worried about the back being too low but we’ve had it for a month now and hasn’t been an issue. I’m 5’5 and husband is 6’1. Yeah if the back was higher it would be amazing but i wouldn’t let that be a deal breaker as it’s good quality for the price.

Shades of Grey
Not the right colour but a lovely comfy sofa none-the-less. Leather is more charcoal grey than the lighter colour shown on the website. With hindsight ordering a swatch sample would’ve been easier than having to return the sofas but as they weren’t on display anywhere we took a chance! Collection and Delivery were both excellent. Cannot fault the service or the product, only the colour.
