Wonderful device.Simple to use.Whether your computer savvy or not it’s works well. The figures stand out well to make it readable against an orange background.The batteries last well but higher capacity can be fitted if needed. The volume is good.Excellent value for money

Really liked these phones. Reasonable price and did everything I wanted – call blocker, different ringtones, etc. Unfortunately, nearly six months later they are now both showing ‘out of range’. They haven’t been dropped and I’ve tried all the usual things but still showing out of range. Contacted Think Assemble who couldn’t have been more helpful and I can return the phones for a full refund.EDIT – the phones are not broken. The phone connected to the phone line was plugged into an extension socket and the main power point had been switched off. So, refund cancelled and I’m delighted I can still use these phones.

Bought for mother to replace her old phones. They work fine. Only downsides – none of the bases have displays like her old one for her to see messages left – although this is done through the phone, but it was easier for her to have it on the base. The other downside – the phone does not ring for long, but I will check settings again to see if this can be changed. Apart from that it is fine.

ARRIVED WITHIN DAYS BUT MAY TAKE LONGER TO SET UP AS THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON TROUBLE SHOOTING, BUT REAMS ON HOW TO BLOCK CALLERS. PHYSICALLY IT IS SIMILAR TO MY VERY OLD BT PHONE, BUT AS WITH ANYTHING MODERN LIKES TO COMPLICATE THINGS FOR NO REASON. IT LOOKS SET UP BUT TRY CALLING AND ITS LINE BUSY. PICK UP A HANDSET AND ITS NOT IN RANGE ONLY INCHES FROM THE BASE. I HAVE GOOGLED IT AND GOT A COUPLE OF TIPS OF WHAT TO DO ON HANDSET TO GET IT WORKING. JUST NOT TODAY!

As much as the handsets are comfortable in the hand and that numbers can be stored and you can access the answerphone from the handset, there are many annoyances with the set.The volume of the ringers is eardrum splitting (even on its lowest setting) but the volume using the speakerphone is not great (even tuned up full) and the caller can hardly hear you even if the phone is but a few inches from your mouth.The display screen is horrendous. There have been times I’ve mistaken the date (14:06) as the time! That’s if you can see the screen clearly without the back light on. The set up is sort of okay but it was easier to search the internet for a user manual, than what came with it.The handset cannot be turned off, once it’s on and charged, that’s it, it’s on for life. Get used to hearing the annoying ‘beep-beep’ because of low battery. Don’t trust the power indicator, often it has two bars but when I start dealing ‘poof’ it’s no bars and starts beeping to be recharged.
