Poor quality
I purchased these for mother’s day, they arrived Friday 29th as requested, on visiting my mum on mother’s day I was so disappointed at the quality, all the roses were browning on the edges already ,having paid £30 I wish I’d of bought from a supermarket, I certainly would of got better quality. After raising this with customer service and numerous emails with pictures of the issue, I am still awaiting any response from head office, nearly a month later ,this is not the kind of service I appreciate , I certainly won’t be renewing my membership. I would not recommend buying these flowers!

Worst service ever. Bought these for my mother in law’s Mother’s Day and was present when they were delivered. I have never been so embarrassed to see what a mess the flowers were in when they arrived.
The roses were dead and dying heads drooping off and the open roses were brown at the ends of the petals. I contacted and sent photos taken at the time of delivery and was told I would hear back this didn’t happen. This is not the first time I have sent flowers via but I am gutted to think the others I have sent have arrived in such awful condition. I WILL NEVER SEND FLOWERS FROM COSTCO EVER AGAIN. I would rather give the money to a charity than waste money on this garbage.

Excellent Service but Flowers disappointing
Ordering and delivery were excellent but the flowers looked like they were packed a couple of days before delivery and there was no water to keep them fresh. They had wilted and did not look like they cost £35 a bunch. I bought 2 for my mother and mother in law for Mother’s Day – they told me that the flowers died a couple of days later despite following care guidance

Absolute joke
The flowers came in a terrible state. They were a valentines gift and i was so embarrassed.The flowers were on the turn when the arrived brown.on the edges.Spoke to costco customer services straight away and sent them pictures but never heard anything.
Next time will be using the local florist thats for sure

Nice Bouquet but disappointed due appearance
It was a nice size bouquet of flowers but obviously had been in the box for some period of time without any water or other substance to keep the flowers fresh. Three to four of the roses were brownish at the top and had to be discarded, one rose head just fell off the stem. Whilst many of the other flowers had started to droop due to lack of moisture. Once put in water they started to come back to life again but were not A1.
The delivery was fine and they arrive about 10.00 am in the morning.

Product excellent, delivery rubbish
I bought this several days before my mums birthday and chose the delivery date. I accept date is not guaranteed but sufficient notice was given and my preferred date was available. It arrived 3 days late. I did receive an apology but that doesn’t really cut it when you miss your mother’s birthday. If not time sensitive highly recommend as product was well received.

Disappointing gift
Sadly I can’t recommend ordering these flowers. My order was thankfully refunded as most of the flowers were browning on the edges…. Several stems had to be thrown away when initially received and what was left bearly lasted a week. Very disappointing as these were a gift for my mum.
I will say however, the service from has been very good and they rectified they were prompt with their service recovery.

I was initially a bit concerned when these flowers arrived as they seems s bit crushed from the delivery process. However within a few days they seemed to have completely revived and were stunning. My partner loved them and fit the price they were extremely good value for money and excellent quality. I often buy Lillies from my local store and they are always so much better than any of my local florists. I would totally recommend these flowers to anyone and will definitely continue buying in future.

I have ordered flowers through a few times now as a surprise for my wife. On all occasions the flowers have been really fresh and professionally presented. Delivery has also been spot on – delivered exactly on time and kept we informed of expected delivery time. The colombian roses and dutch lily’s ordered this time met all my expectations and lasted more than 2 weeks. Very happy with the product and service and will use them again.
