Okay but took 4 weeks with nothing to sit on!
Sofas look and feel comfortable, however, do not use the Think Assemble delivery company!
The chaps delivering it were brilliant. However, when the sofas were being delivered, the lorry only had the bases on it! 2 weeks went by, then they delivered 1 of the backs of the sofa. It was still another week before the second back of the sofa arrived.
There is no way to get in touch with the delivery company to complain. We wrote emails, got in touch with Think Assemble, we had already had our original sofa removed so we had nothing to sit on for 4 weeks! Think Assemble didn’t care!!
No recompense, no money off, absolutely nothing. They simply didn’t give a monkeys.

Lovely chair
Bought this chair as a replacement for an uncomfortable armchair. I viewed some chairs from a local supplier but thought they were expensive so looked at Think Assemble. Very comfortable chair with gorgeous plush fabric it reclines beautifully and also has a headrest that can be adjusted. Very pleased with my purchase and delivery was prompt and the two delivery men were very helpful in setting it up as the back comes separately. Wish I could have a whole new suite it’s that nice.

Great value and excellent delivery team , Be careful if ordering the large 2 seater sofa , As it a bit bigger than i expected, my fault for not measuring it properly , Only had it for 3 weeks so early days to comment about quality, But all our friends have commented about how great it looks

The recliner is well made, the material is smooth and should last as it seems very durable. The buttons are easy to use and the motor is smooth when using. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

The sofa is really comfortable and it’s very sturdy. The sofa comes in 2 boxes so it fits through most forward fairly easy. We used the delivery service which was excellent. It was put together in no time. We did look around at the same sofa and the price was much cheaper at Think Assemble even with delivery. Really happy

A really first class piece of furniture, it looks good, it’s very comfortable and roomy with the added bonus of the dual recliners and dual charging outlets. The sofa, and the two matching arm chairs are covered in a very attractive fabric which is not only pleasing to look at but also so nice to the touch. Think Assemble delivery guys took care of positioning, assembly and packaging removal. All in all, I’m delighted with my purchase

Looks lovely, BUT foot rest on sofa does not come up high enough & level enough to be comfortable, so sitting for any length of time is uncomfortable resulting in a very sore lower back. This is a bad fault. If the footrest came up higher it would help to support the back and make sitting much more comfortable.

Excellent couch
Very comfortable couch with a good high seating position for anyone that struggles to get up from a couch. Love that all seats recline and have usb charging ports on both sides that are so handy. Delivery was quick and very easy to arrange with the delivery men showing professionalism in the way they delivered the furniture and set it up to the customers preference.

Delivery boys fantastic, sofa very comfy with plush velvet soft fabric. Definitely not grey as described in listing but a light faun/coffee colour but I like it. Very relaxing for laying back a little whilst watching TV or recline all the way for a snooze. Friend also slept on it overnight & found it very comfortable. Great value for money.

Look and feel good but…
The sofa is fine. Delivery is outstanding. However, the seat support may be too soft so when sitting not at the centre, my body always inclines to the side. The motor sounds like struggling when sitting on it so don’t know how long it could sustain. After all, I am happy with it especially with the discount.
