It may be relatively expensive, but it works so much better than the cheaper alternatives. I have a cheap one that I use while working, reserving this for gaming sessions. Overall they’re comparable on the levels of comfort. But these glide on a mouse mat so much easier. There’s less inertia, and the movement’s smoother. Although I guess depending on the type of game you’re playing that might not be a benefit. I’d say it’s definitely worth it if you’re feeling the pressure on your Carpal bones.

I bought the Carpio 2.0 in an effort to improve the ergonomics of my desk, where I spend long hours both working and gaming. In terms of quality and performance, it is genuinely excellent. The materials feel premium, and it provides a level of support that is superior to any standard wrist rest I’ve tried in the past.I enjoyed it so much that I considered buying a second one for my left hand at the keyboard. However, there’s one significant drawback that stopped me: the price. As fantastic as the Carpio 2.0 is, it feels significantly overpriced for what is ultimately a small piece of plastic and silicone. While the performance is top-tier, the value proposition is hard to justify, especially when cheaper alternatives are readily available. In fact, I went for a cheaper alternative for my left hand and found it actually performed equally as well as the Carpio both in glide and comfort, albeit slightly lacking the build quality. So overall it’s great, but you could get a left/right pair of a cheaper alternative and spend half as much as one of these with barely any trade-offs

I was sceptical but needed something to alleviate my carpal tunnel. It wasn’t severe but I could feel it was going to get worse over time and seeing as I work 10 hours at a desk and game at a desk for hrs I needed the extra support. Didn’t want a ghastly gel slab on my desk and thought this little device would be better. Can honestly say after a few days using it my carpal tunnel symptoms are gone. Game changing is what this little thing is. Pricey but worth it and it glides across my mouse pad like a dream.

I’ve been experiencing pain in my right elbow, so wanted to improve the ergonomics of my mouse / desk. I like the idea behind Carpio 2.0 and had been using it with a Logitech MX Master 3S, but it doesn’t work as well as I’d hoped. The pain in my elbow did improve slightly (not completely gone), but Carpio causes additional discomfort in my forearm and shoulder because it forces forearm elevation. It’s also caused discomfort and swelling near the outside-bottom of my hand / wrist. If the rubber mould were more forgiving here then it wouldn’t be a problem, but as it stands it’s no different to the same part of my hand / wrist being impacted by the solid surface of my desk all day.The price is insane as well. I understand upfront investment in tooling to produce these things, but £35 is bonkers. The only reason I stumped up the cash is because I don’t put a price on my health. One minor plus is the Carpio 2.0 makes gliding between mouse and keyboard a joy for me, but my wife and I share an office at home and the constant “swooshing” sound of me sliding what’s essentially a miniature snowboard around on my desk for 7+ hours a day drives her (understandably) up the wall. My mechanical keyboard and intermittent desk percussion was already testing the limits, the Carpio is a bridge too far.I’ve found using a Logitech MX Ergo mouse offers a greater improvement. Pair it with a bog standard wrist wrest and forget the Carpio. if it wasn’t too late, I’d be returning it.

Great wrist wrest very comfortable and feels premium. It’s a bit pricey,But worth the money,I had a generic ergonomic one before this one,And it’s no where near as comfortable as the Carpio 2.0,I highly recommend,Only mouse wrist wrest you will ever need.

I remember first seeing these products and thinking absolute rip-off and as someone who suffers with MSK issues, carpal tunnel is an everyday pain – I gave it a try, at first it was a bit tough to get used to but then it became life changing. An amazing product.Unfortunately I was riddled with a lot of adds stating how the left hand version also solves the problem when using a keyboard, encouraging to get rid of our wrist rests. So I caved in due to my previous experience.I was wrong, so I Delta. I would not recommend using this for keyboard, especially if your keyboard has a bit of height or tilt to it, it causes wrist pain like no other, so was utterly disappointed and had to return.I hope they go back to the drawing board with this one. They need to raise the height and also possibly add the space for two wrists that allow the rest to extend/retract.

I do digital illustration for over 8 hours a day every day, carpel tunnel + that gorilla arm feeling is inevitable when switching from my cintiq drawing screen to my mouse/keyboard.I’m really picky on feel/material so I’ve used the Kensington ergo soft wrist rest for years, the firm grey apple looking one… Got sick of it and wanted to try something with more mobility and this is basically the only brand name choice and I was apprehensive about getting it but I did on a whim… turns out this thing is awesome and exactly what I wanted, the glide and drag is so smooth and the fit to my hand is exact with the Large, I absolutely love this thing, actually! I can imagine it’s not for everyone but if you feel like trying it out PLEASE give it a chance.

This is such a simple thing but it works well. It’s just a small piece of plastic and rubber which you rest the base of your mouse hand on. It glides easier over the mouse mat, and helps keep your wrist in a better position

Small but very useful!
It looks like a gimmick at first glance, but I cannot work without it anymore, it is such a great support for the wrist, especially with long coding sessions.
