Good remote – Bad delivery
Good remote replacement. Works with my Sky Q box after original remote packed up with something rattling loudly inside! Delivery messed up however. This is the second item this week for me. It was delivered on Nov 3 which was excellent. However my order page still says “Not Delivered – may be delivered on Nov 6”. Think Assemble.ie seem to have a problem.

Avevo richiesto il telecomando originale ma mi è arrivato uno compatibile. Vedo se rimandarlo indietro. Ho contattato l’assistenza per risolvere il problema in quanto il telecomando non era perfettamente funzionante. Ho parlato anche in video chiamata a con la signora Maria dell’assistenza che gentilmente è stata disposta dopo aver verificato l’effettivo malfunzionamento dello stesso a cambiarmelo. Mi è arrivato oggi il nuovo e funziona perfettamente. Una speciale menzione proprio la signora Maria che è stata gentilissima con me.
