Very nice device the sound is very crisp and rich phone calls have a goodsound and unlike most of the similiar priced intercoms sena has a very good microphone making it outsanding during bluetooth phonecalls, conectivity is great and has a pretty good range. The quality feels very prestige and the battery life to be fair i havent had the chance to charge it yet but served me well on numerous rideouts so it is excellent. Very easy to set up and use and the volume control is very nice aswell

I have the slightly older model of this which is brilliant but has a terrible battery bug, where it will always drain from full to dead in about 3 days even when turned off. It appears the problem has been fixed in this version. Both units are extremely reliable, instantly reconnecting over Bluetooth to my phone (or to each other) instantly every time they’re turned on. The sound quality is very good (both send and receive) and are pretty useable up to about 60mph, although to be far, that’s more about the helmet, and I’ve only got a mid range helmet. The build quality is very good and they are definitely waterproof – I’ve been in a lot of heavy rain with my original one without any issues. There are much cheaper units out there but I really rate the reliability of these.

Tried firmware update still says problem connecting, won’t let me hear my music either. I even made myself a developer on my phone and changed Bluetooth avgp but nope still nothing tried fill resets it doesn’t fully factory reset have tried also and firmware update was only to change start up sound. Disappointed but get what pay for really. Would of returned had I not wired it into the headset thinking it would be good. Can’t even use manager app for it on my phone as it’s a discontinued headset

I have bought one of these for my father and one for a friend. I have the smh10 but I actually think these are a better module due to the price and that it can mount on the helmet without being a cumbersome module at the bottom of the helmet that grazes off your shoulder when you look around. Audio is good, battery life is acceptable
