Great product that is suitable for people hard of hearing and has memory buttons.

Bought this for my elderly parents who are both hard of hearing, sight and have arthritic hands.ProsIt has a very loud ringer that can be heard by my hard of hearing parents over a loud TV and through a closed internal door. Great.Speed dial buttons are useful for arthritic hands and reduces the need for awkward flicking through address books when in a hurry or an emergency.ConsThe buttons on the main key pad are a bit smaller however and are prone to sticking if pressed too hard or in the wrong way by clumsy fingers.This results in the dial tone being absent and the phone unable to be used as the phone thinks you are still in the middle of dialing out.

Bought for elderly people who are very hard of hearing. I thought the extra boost function and loud ringer would help. Whilst the ringer works ok, the boost function just distorts the sound. Even I with perfectly good hearing had trouble understanding what was said. Returned it straight away. Might work ok as a normal phone but don’t be fooled by the boost function. Would have given it 1 star but looks like Think Assemble won’t let me.

Not as good as I thought it would be. I found it quite difficult to set up. Probably a great phone, but…. Got fed up with it & returned it. Think Assemble, as usual, didn’t quibble 👍.

Will do the job it lights up and rings when a call comes through, the manual could be a little easier to understand but you get there in the end
