I have to say these walkie talkies are amazing, they pick up lots of things very clearly, just trying to find where you can automatically scan channels but so far having to do it manually, battery is decent also very happy with my purchase.

Superb piece of kit. The USB C allows both charging and programming from a PC using software such as CHIRP, without the need for additional driver disc and specialised cable. Very reasonably priced and functioned very well indeed when a large party of us went to the Yorkshire Dales. Volume and sound quality was good.

This is a set of 4 walkie talkies enough for a whole family or team if you are involved in a team pursuit. They are easy to setup and charge using USB cables so can be charged virtually anywhere you can find a USB power source. Battery life is also good on a full charge.To use you simply select the same frequency on each handset and then press a button to talk. Quality of sound is very good and range is superb with no drop off in the sound quality over longer distances. The maximum range is claimed to be a couple of miles, I don’t know if that is true but they definitely work fine over several hundred yards without any issues.Size of the walkie talkies is also nice and compact and they are relatively light as well meaning you can slip them in your pocket when out and about. Great for walking holidays or being out in the country and keeping contact even where a mobile won’t work.

This set of walkie talkies is fun to use, and they look nicely made with a good range.You get two walkie talkies each one also comes with a screw on spring loaded belt clip so you can keep them safe along with a USB-C charging cable for each to charge the removable battery.The walkie talkie batteries have the modern USB-C charging port in the bottom and it’s so handy to have rechargeable ones instead of needing loads of batteries. The back of which you screw the belt clip onto which is handy to clip it on to things like a belt or bag when not in use while the side has the push to talk button which is easy to push, and rubber coated to make it last.It also has a VOX button below that which if you activate means you don’t have to hold the button to talk, you can just speak, and it will broadcast to the other talkie. This does miss the first few words so it’s best to say a couple of things then the message you want to communicate but very handy for hands free operation.The top has a two twist knobs one of which is power on and volume control, the other is channel selection, and it says which channel you flick it to so you can make sure both are on the same channel.You have 16 channels to flick between and the range has been very good for all over the house and garden no problem.Overall, for £24.99 they are well made and work well, but I would advise people to choose one of the other two options on the page as they both come with the charging base to save you having to plug a cable in you just dock them in the cradle, and for only £2 or £4 more I think they are the best value.
