Easy to use, I listened to clear conversations from 80miles away with the small whip antenna it comes with. Surprisingly sensitive – given I live in a dingy basement. I can’t wait until I can order a good outside antenna for it and see how far I can get.It’s trivial to turn on “export” bands (VHF 136-174 MHz and UHF 400-480 MHz) with a few hidden key-presses (just google it).A great first radio, but also lots of features advanced users will appreciate/use.

great two way radio takes a while to get the right frequencies depending upon the site you’re working on steel concrete etc but one set up has a good range also has a fm radio built in so you can listen to music while you work

Geen handleiding
Helaas zit er geen handleiding bij. Een raadsel hoe je hem moet brdienen. Maar geen nood, de CRT FP 00 is stukken goedkoper, precies hetzelfde (op kleine dingen na, zoals dat er geen Midland op staat), en heeft wel die handleiding. De bediening is hetzelfde, dus nu weet ik ook hoe ik de Midland kan gebruiken en die werkt best wel geinig.
