Bought this for my son so he can be in direct contact with me when I travel.They worked. Battery life is extremely good. So easy to use i have used them in spain and france with somone on the uk never fail so happy with them sound is distorted a bit still easy to understand

What can I say worth everypenny very easy to setup i bought 2 sets so had to get them linked together .customer service on WhatsApp was excellent sorted the link up within 5 min after replying to my massage would highly recommend this product and company 👌

These are amazing, they work straight out of the box, very clear and ideal for surveillance, security, building sites etc etc. Jerry was really helpful and responded to all my messages very quickly. He merged the additional radios into one account quickly and I can not praise this company enough. I dont write a lot of reviews but these radios and this company were outstanding. They’re lightweight enough for daily use but still feel durable and reliable in hand. Amazing product !! Amazing customer support !!
Purchased two of these to communicate with the wife on one of her trips. Hundreds of miles and flawless operation. Great audio quality and plenty of volume. Over 3 days ON without having to charge, but that of course depends on how much you transmit and receive. On my trip to Ohio was able to communicate to my wife back in New Mexico with no problems. Liked the first two so much that I purchased two more. I was thinking that I could go online and set up the four to work together, but that is not the case. No problem, I contacted the seller and gave him the two “company account #s” that came with the two different pair of radios, left the two new radios turned on so the seller could see them on the network, and went to work. When I came home that evening, all four radios were sinc’d up and working together. Absolutely wonderful and great customer support. Can’t speak highly enough about the product, and the seller/customer support. thinkassemble.co.uk said these are a frequently returned item, but I will never return mine. Keep in mind they work over the LTE network, so where you don’t have cell coverage, they may not work. These radios are so much more convenient that using your cell phone or apps on your phone. More than worth the $. You will not be disappointed. I’m think of getting more to give one to my aging parents, who are in there 80’s now I need to check in with them regularly.

First thing to know is that these are easy to use and should work straight out of the box once logged onto a mobile network. These will use any network and will often be more reliable than a phone call as they don’t lock onto to a tower like a mobile phone. You press, you speak and the connection is released until someone else presses the button. Therefore you may see more success with communication when you mobile phone may struggle sometimes. Depends where you are of course!The important thing to know with these radios is that the sim cards and therefore the account is only active for 12 months from when you start using it out of the box. After this you will need to pay to either top up your sim or buy new global-ptt sim cards. You can’t just put another sim card in as the account needs to be live at the server end.No account, no service. Unless someone knows a way around this, I would be keen to hear?The sound quality is excellent and the range is literally global. I used them in the UK and took them over to Canada where they also worked seamlessly once they logged onto the local network which can often take a few seconds.There is no roaming fee and so you could use these internationally which could be very useful when travelling and needing quick time comms with friends or family. Battery is also good and has a few days on standby. Whether it is value for money, I guess is down to whether you understand all of the above.If you get them at a good price, the unlimited range and functionality is what radio comms is all about. I lost count on the amount of times my uhf/vhf radios are too far out of range to be effective. These are obviously a different technology but overcome the range issue in style.Whilst it is digital, you also have to be mindful that your server is likely to be in China and I would suggest you woudn’t want to have really private or sensitive conversations on these any more than talking over a public radio frequency.

Work straight from the box , they work in areas were I have a weak signal

After 1 week then network connection has stopped and there is noone to contact. So without a network connection, they are as useful as a chocolate teapot. I then had to use messenger on Facebook to contact global ppt but within 3hrs they got back and fixed it

These are amazing!Crystal clear transmissions and distance is not an issue .. work straight out of the box once account is created (2 min job and instructions come with the radios) .. really happy with this purchase .. wish I had known walkie talkies without range existed before now (stumbled across them by accident) .. Global PTT have excellent customer service too .. I had a query and used their business WhatsApp and they came back to me within minutes .. 5 star product 👍🏼
