This charging dock is a great piece of kit. The build quality is solid, and the functionality is perfect and it works exactly as it should. Very please with product. Lower cost than the leading battery models. Charges quickly and have used it and the supplied batteries many times without any issue.

Worked fine until I plugged it in and the connecting port detached and is now rattling about inside the case. Sad!y not fit for purpose as I would expect it to last more than a couple of times plugging in. Is there anyway I can get a replacement or a refund as this particular one must be faultyUPDATE to above. I contacted Venom and as it was still in the 12month warranty period they quickly sent me a new one. 😁😁 I’ll be leaving the cable plugged into the unit and just unplugging it from the other end though.Good service from Venom though
