I purchased a two pack of the Smart Tag LITE. Fantastic price and a massive saving over the Apple Air Tag. What did I have to lose?Tags arrived very quickly and were set up in just a few minutes. Both worked a dream.A couple of weeks later a problem arose with one of the tags so I followed the instructions which came with the pack and sent a WhatsApp message to the company. No here’s the business….. in less than 24 hours a brand new tag was delivered – all free of charge!A Truly excellent after sales service, sadly hardly seen today by many other companies – so ‘hats off’ to HH-Tech. A superb business who sell pretty good products too! Thank you.

I bought a pack of 4 after one of my cats disappeared for ten days and was found metres away in a garage just in time. I spent ages deciding which tags to get and finally decided on these. They were easy to set up but upon putting them in the rubber holders provided it was immediately apparent that they would not stay in there and would fall out with only the slightest movement. So I attached the tags straight to the collars without the holders. They are very obviously too big to be on a cat collar but I gave them a chance and started tracking my cats. I live in a very built up area but found many gaps in tracking despite them being extremely close to me. I then found that when it rains they stop working completely and the tags also hang over the water bowl which renders them inoperable!! If that doesn’t kill them then the big and bulky tag hanging from the collar gets caught and causes the collar to come off. If it’s raining you can’t track the tag to retrieve it because it won’t work and it causes the battery to die!! In under a month my two cats have one tag left out of 4 and that one is not reliable. This product should not be advertised as suitable for cats as it most definitely is not and I have wasted £35 that I could not afford to waste! I’m sure they are fine for other uses but the item description needs changing

An excellent tracker matched by superb customer service.After 6 months one of my trackers stopped working, Suspecting the battery had run down earlier than expected. When I opened the case up a small piece of metal fell out. Turned out the spring holding the battery in place had come adrift. On contacting supplier they offered to send a next day replacement saying I would not be able to repair the tracker myself. Great service all round.

I ordered these for an upcoming international trip. Setup was fairly simple with the Apple Find My app. However, I was having an issue with 2 of the 3 tags that arrived. The first one synced with my phone effortlessly but the other 2 kept giving an error message. I reached out to the company and advised them of my upcoming trip and confirmed that the issue was not a user error. They assured me that you can sync several of these tags to one device. Due to the error, they quickly shipped 2 replacements. They both arrived working perfect and now I have the assurance when I travel, that I will know the location of my bags. I can’t give a product review as I am writing this prior to the trip, but the company is great and customer service is obviously their priority!
