It’s very cute and the puppy loves it. The only thing I’m disappointed with is the Velcro at the back and trying to get the heart out. That was a bit difficult but apart from that it’s okay depends how long it will last with the puppy.

Great item for a new puppy’s first week or two.Didn’t cost must so think it was very helpful to comfort the puppy the first few nightThe heart beat help imitate the other pups or there mother sleeping with him or her.

I left a one star rating as there is no option for no stars.My small puppy had only had this for a week or so when I noticed white fluff on the floor. I immediately took it off her to see that the plastic squeaker was half way out of the seam along the back of the toy. I dread to think what would have happened if she had swallowed it.I have been refunded by thinkassemble.co.uk, but also emailed Webbox direct, only to get an automated message “if you don’t hear from us within 15 days please contact us again!!Won’t be buying their products again

Our pup loves this and it’s one of her favours toys. I would say the one downside is at the back is a velcro opening so you can put the batteries in. Sadly the velcro easily comes apart and doesn’t always close properly.

Batteries ARE required. 3 watch type Batteries. Also the heart beat gets easily turned off when the dog leans on it which defeats the purpose when I am gone to work and can’t turn it back on again. Was meant to keep her company with the heartbeat. Am disappointed.
