Damaged with low quality contents
Ordered multiple items as Christmas gifts and more than half arrived damaged, with the boxes broken and crushed. The ribbon was tied too tightly causing the boxes to crush and spilt. The contents were uninspiring and not worth the price tag. Overall a disappointing Christmas gift and won’t be reordering next year. They look very pretty and visually seem like great gifts but you are paying for the packaging – which is likely to arrive damaged.

Would be great, but…the ribbon is tied so tight the boxes collapse into each other and being shipped didnt help. I wouldnt advise…I’ve initiated a return for some of them as they were corporate gifts and totally not good enough to give out!

I had a tower of treats before so was pleased to get one before all were sold. The boxes were shared out so comments are not all mine. Chocolates: delicious; fudge: nice fudge; stem ginger biscuits: scrumptious; biscuits my grandsons ate: too good not to eat straightaway; chocolate panettone: too delicious to share!
