Disappointed Andrex
The paper had shrunk in width size and thickness since the pandemic. It is not worth the price! Very disappointed with Andrex, used to be market leader!

Horrendous service from a retailer that prides themselves in customer service.
Carton arrived damaged and driver took it back.
Tried calling thinkassemble.co.uk several times about replacement, left messages for callback . Two weeks later no callback and no replacement received.
Seems if you have issues with online orders, they’re not interested.

Decent number of rolls and good quality but they are not high capacity…quite the contrary. We don’t seem to use a lot but these disappear shockingly quickly.

Other products are going for ‘big value size’, but the softness often suffers. Andrex® Supreme Quilted 3-Ply toilet tissue is still a product but still excellent value from thinkassemble.co.uk without compromising quality.
