Really nice, robust, great quality product. Easy to assemble with app and loads of online advice/ workouts. Early days so can’t really comment on the health benefits yet, but have definitely felt a nice stretch in my back after using. Not as cheap as some others on the market but visibly better quality/ design so I’d say it’s good value.

Overall really effective at its job.
To improve even further I’d prefer better ankle padding. It’s also quite bulky and difficult to store away
